4. Payments
- All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms.
- Late payments may incur a fee or result in a pause of services.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely feedback and required materials.
- Ensuring legal ownership of all assets provided to us.
- Approving content, campaigns, and deliverables before publishing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of the project private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
- Design Hub Craft retains ownership of all original content and materials created until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, rights to final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential project results in our portfolio.
8. Limitation of Liability
Design Hub Craft shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any losses due to inaccurate client information or third-party platform errors.
- Results dependent on algorithms, ad platform changes, or external factors beyond our control.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days’ written notice.
- Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
- No refunds will be issued for work already delivered or in progress.
10. Revisions & Scope Changes
All revision rounds and scope of work will be defined in the initial agreement. Additional changes or requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
11. Governing Law
